Rescuing Surplus Food From Foodservice

Like many restaurants when lockdown struck, @lexyfood‘s sites had surplus ingredients which were destined for the bin. Step in and their army of volunteers, to make sure the surplus food had homes to go to.
Realising the ease and impact of working with the food redistribution organisation during those tricky first few days of lockdown, Lexington Catering decided to stick working with OLIO, and together, the two businesses have managed to save over 13,000 meals from waste.
Feeding bellies not bins.
