Our mission at LEON is to make it easier for everyone to eat and live well. That means making food that tastes good, does you good, is affordable and, importantly, is kind to the planet. As founding members of the SRA, we know there is a better way to do business and hold ourselves accountable to responsible practices. Our menu is inspired by the seasons and the natural healthiness, flavour, and abundance of plants found in Mediterranean cooking. We want to source as locally as possible from farms we know and trust. All of our meat is British and to Red Tractor standard, apart from the chorizo we use in our Club Box. It’s from Spain, and the only reason we use Spanish chorizo is because we haven’t found a British one that tastes as good. We have always served our food in kraft paper packaging that’s FSC biodegradable and compostable, and have recently moved to paper straws and biodegradable cutlery. We offer a discount when our guests bring a reusable coffee cup, but offer a compostable solution if they don’t bring one and use china cups if they’re dining in
