Poco, crowned Food Made Good Restaurant of the Year last month, is hosting a series of Meet the Producer events, a perfect opportunity to sample a flavour of the delicious, ethical and sustainable philosophy of the East London restaurant. This month Tom Hunt and his team are showcasing natural wines from Croatia, Slovenia and Northern Italy from their supplier Pacta Connect.
